The Development

The Resort
The village of Orelle is linked to the ski resort of Val Thorens and thus the Three Valleys, giving access to one of the World’s most prestigious ski resorts, with over 600km of pistes. The lift served area is from 1800 to 3230m, one of the highest skiing altitudes in the World. Orelle itself has some slopes for all levels of skiers and boarders to enjoy and with 4 snow cannons, there is ample snow! The 3 Valleys express cable car take just 15 minutes to reach the destination of La Cime Caron at 3200 metres, with a stop at Plan Bouchet at 2300m. Orelle is known as the back way into the Val Thorens ski resort and there is some challenging off piste in the area.
Other winter activities include cross country skiing, paragliding, swimming, snow shoe walking and tobogganing. In the summer, the Maurienne area is just as beautiful with holiday makers able to take advantage of the amazing scenery and exploring due to the many marked paths. As well as walking and hiking there is also mountain biking, tennis, a bowling alley, fishing and climbing to enjoy. These new leaseback apartments will be managed by the reputable company Eurogroup. Only 2% of the gross property price is needed to reserve and the VAT will be funded by the developer.
