One of oldest resorts in Tarentaise valley Pralognan La Vanoise enjoys enviable position in beautiful Vanoise National Park. The resort is extremely attractive and offers pedestrian access to wonderful valley views with the ‘Télépherique du Mont Bochor´ or the ‘Télésiege de l´Edelweiss´.
A traditional, quiet mountain village set among fir and spruce trees at the gate of Vanoise national park, close to Courchevel and La Plagne. Good off-piste on Les Pariettes and right up to the 3855m high Pointe de la Grande Casse from which descents of nearly 2500m are possible. There are cozy mountain restaurants in which to recover.

The village is particularily good for beginners and more advanced skiers can enjoy the powder slopes of Les Glieres and Les Pariettes. Pralognan also attracts many cross country enthusiasts. There are 7 green, 5 blue, 6 red and 4 black runs with 25km of cross country.
