the ground floor occupies 200 m2 and has three doors on the front and one door on the back side towards the courtyard. It is composed of three different parts, each having an entrance on its own.
In the front part, there are the kitchen and the dining-room, the main entrance, the bureau and a spacious living room. On the back of the house there is a big sleeping room with its own bathroom, with a door towards the courtyard. Nice stone stairs go to the cellar and to the first floor.
From the dining room you can leave the house through a door opening to the courtyard which is surrounded by the different buildings of the property: the main house, the outbuildings with the garage, the old mill with its terrace, spa and sauna.
This door also leads to a ground floor sleeping room with its bath room.
